First, read their website.
The system does not write blind. It first visits each business's website and notes what it finds: what they do, how the site is built, how fast it loads. With that, every email carries a line that would be no use to anyone else.
A person has the last word.
What the system writes is a draft. Someone reads it, fixes it or throws it away; nothing reaches the queue before that. The queue tops out at twenty-five a day, with a few random minutes between sends.
No pixel, no links.
No pixel reports whether you opened the email: what counts is whether you reply, and the reply is read in the same conversation. The report on your website travels inside the email, with no links taking you anywhere else.
