We check it every 5 minutes. If it does not open, we tell you what is wrong and who to call, and again when it is back. €9 a month.
You pay through Stripe, every month. You can cancel whenever you like and it carries on until the end of the paid month. In the first 14 days you can withdraw and we refund you in full: on your watch page, with “Withdraw from contract here”, or by writing to us at info@neoawakening.co.
We keep your website, your email address and what we see when we check it. Terms of purchase · Privacy
- That it opensEvery 5 minutes. We alert you when it fails twice in a row: a single failure is not an outage.
- That it is not slowIf it takes more than 8 seconds to answer for a quarter of an hour in a row.
- The padlockThe certificate, once a day: we alert you 14 and 3 days before it expires, and if it gives an error.
- The domain30 and 7 days before it expires, if its extension publishes the date (.com, .net, .org…; .ie, .es and .co do not).
- The monthOn the 1st, a summary: how often it opened, how long it took to answer and what happened.

This is what an alert looks like
One for each thing that happens, and another when it is fixed. Never one every 5 minutes. No jargon and no links: what you need to know is inside.
We do not fix your website: we tell you what is wrong and who to call. We check it from a server in Europe, so if it only fails from another country, we do not see it. A firewall that will not let us in does not count as an outage: your website is there. And if it is our server that loses its connection, we do not email you: we fix it ourselves.
